  • Matsonic VIA 266 Mobo, anyone use it?

I'm looking for a small, cheap motherboard that's not as $$ as the VIA Nehemiah Mini-ITX boards. I have been looking at the Flex-ATX boards, and I ran across this: http://www.matsonic.com/new/productsdata/mscle266-f.htm
it has an integrated VIA 1.2Ghz processor, integrated USB 2.0, VGA video, LAN, and two PCI slots. I want to use my carputer for MP3's (with good PCI sound card, replacing my deck), GPS and maybe some video. Has anyone used this board, or heard any comments about it at all? I have found it for about $70 shipped, so please post your comments.

Hey that looks quite cool, similar to Mini-ITX but it doesn't have a composite TV out and it's bigger.

It's only like 9" x 6-3/4" square. not much bigger than a Mini-ITX. Anyone have opinions? Should I build my carputer around this?
