  • M1000 and blitzsafe problem...

Hey everyone, I've got a problem with my M1000 and Blitzsafe adapters. I originally had an ipod hooked into my Acura with a Blizsafe and it sounded and worked beautifully. Now, I;m trying to do the car pc thing and everytime I hook up the output of my M1000's soundcard to the blitzsafe, it works for like 2 seconds and then stops. I can also smell a burnt electronics from the blizsafe adapter meaning I blew something up. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

I was thinking guys, do you think this could have happened because I had the volume of the M1000 all the way up in Windows? Could the volume, being at 75%, have been that high to blow the blitzsafe adapter? Anyone please!!!

to things play a mp3 that is 60 hz and measure the output from the video card. is it more then 1 volt. if it is turn it down to below 1 volt and try it again. i would also make sure you have a ground look isolator to protect the blizsafe adapter from inverter noise.
