If someone can help me find a computer that's "credit card size", or close to it, it doesn't matter if it's reletively slow, I'd really appreciate it. As long as I can run Linux or Win98/2000, I don't mind if it's 300-500MHz. This will not be specifially used for car use. I think I might have a business venture for something like this.

I , and this is what I came up with: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...22&btnG=Search

              Not too helpfull.

              Thanks,

I closed down my PC last night so lost the link but I will find it again later. It didnt have any ports though and was an OEM type thing but if you want to see I will post it...I think it was an AMD 266 or 300mhz CPU.

Come on man, u need to get a little more creative with your searches than credit card computer.
Check out this place. They have 5"5" computers with enbedded OS if desired. Not sure what their prices are, you would have to for that.

Thanks for sharing these links SnyperBob. I'm also looking for a very small footprint of a CarPC so that I can have a GPS connected via serial to do real time tracking of my car. Still researching though..

Wow this thread was dead. I guess that means we resurrected it? Well good because it's good to know the size of some of the available computers out there.
