well atleast i'm pretty sure it is, i was messing around with figuring out where to mount it (the back of the board was covered) and it was hooked up to ground and constant, anyways it hit something and i heard a pop, only thing is that pop was the constant wire blowing the fuse in my car, so i figured ok good i didn't screw up the psu, but after replacing the fuse it will still not power up. i don't see anything charred at all and power is still going to the little fuse on the psu. any ideas?
