  • FYI: found random crashing cause/solution

my car pc has been randomly crashing in the mad summer heat over here in the the UK, the CPU was been getting up to 75 deg C on my SP1300!!!

i tust thought id let people knwow that running the vis in frodoplayer was eating CPU, and without the vis i am not getting any crashing at all and 59degC CPU temp, so if anyone else wahs having this problem in the heat, not running a vis may be a temp. solution!

    lol - thats one way

after one hot day recently my case was literally too hot for me to pick up, surprised the pc still worked, its now got a 60mm fan drawing air in over the cpu and an 80mm low profile drawing it out again at the back... works well, very cool even in this damn heat weve been getting

What kind of temps are you all having over there? I always thought the U.K. was pretty temperate.
