  • FV24 TV out position problem

I can now get my sv24 tv out to fill the entire screen witht the stv2 bios and win98 with approiate video drivers. I have to move the picture to the left and up some though to be centered on my display. The problem is that when i reboot my computer this move is lost, the picture is again to far right and down. I am going to call shuttle tommorow to see if they can help but i am not expecting much help from them. If anybody experienced this problem I would like to know how you fixed it.

nope, called shuttle and they pointed me to a driver on the s3graphics ftp site. The driver didnt even work let alone fix the problem. Havent had time to do much with it since. I am building a case so i can install the system in my car this weekend. You have the same problem?????

yeah, same problem. I center the picture, then it resets

also, my LCD is 5inches, so i need a way to reduce the resolution to less then 640X480

        any ideas?

nope, you can increase the text size though. I dont think windows would look very good below 640x480. Windows would go off screen, the start menu would be to big to use, etc. If you can get fullscreen at 640x480, please let me know.

finally hooked the fv24 up to my redant 7". Luckally the picture is centered perfectly. There is still a little space around the edges, but i can live with it.
