  • bluetooth handsfree software

Well I have a bluetooth capable ericsson T68 phone and was wondering if there was any software available that would allow me to use it as a handfree speaker phone through the computer?

    Thanks in advance

update your widcomm drivers. then when the bluetooth software asks you what you are trying to link to. click bluetooth audio, or headset. There are only a handful of dongles that allow this

Better than winamp. Click here for qcd player.

I have the Nokia 3650. I tried to make it work, but no luck yet. I think the Nokia's don't support all the hands free profiles like other brands, maybe this is a limitation?

i think you're right, because my bluetooth dongle has teh speakerphone option, but it doesnt show up when connected to my phone (maybe that makes sense?)

I have tried this with a Philips Fisio 825 and an handsfree set from Ericsson and it works, although enabling this function is too tricky to do while you are in car. It should be automatic

                  Aphesis,

have a look at the car computers software package "Maestro" from Car Navigation Systems (www.carnavsys.com). Part of it is integrated Bluetooth Phone Application and its working excellent with the BT models of Sony-Ericsson, Nokia and others. In order to have the *voice* transfered via BT to your PC I recommend Anycom's USB Bluetooth Adapter USB-220 (www.anycom.com)

Like this you will have excellent working phone application, based on Touch Screen in your car, so you can now put the mobile phone in the trunk with enabled BT

                  Have fun,
                  Alexander

Yes, I'm using it and it works excellent with Anycom's USB-220 bluetooth dongle. I'm not sure about the demo version at all. As far as I know they sell this software in 2 versions - for touch screens (with skins etc) and version for desktop and laptop users.

                      Hope this could help

                      best,
