  • Where can I find a i-Blue GM-2 or Gosget GM-2 GPS?

All the links I can find from mp3car and Google seem to be old. Anyone buy one recently care to share a link? Thanks.

I haven't thought about this one for a while...

I ordered it from http://www.semsons.com/igmusbgpsre6.html a while ago, but it's listed as sold out. A quick google search spotted a listing on ebay.au, but shipping to the states would be too much so I'm not linking it. No one is selling it on amazon either. Maybe try e-mailing the carrier on the first link and inquire? Other than that or the expensive au listing, I'm not sure...

I searched hi an low for those and ended up buying the BU-353. Amazon had them back end of last year but I waited to buy supplies and when I went to purchase they were out. I wonder if supplies ran out or if they don't make them anymore.

Works out for me as I was able to fit the BU-353 antenna inside my stock shark fin... the gm-2 would not have fit.

Yea I've had my trusty BU-353 from day one, but it doesn't play well with my new setup using hibernation. Even using hibernate trigger to load some AutoIT scripts I made to rescan the reciever at resume has no effect. I've heard nothing but good things about the GM-2.

Has anyone tried the new BU-353-S4 yet? It has the new SIRF-IV chip set in it.

Well it looks like the GM-2 has been discontinued. I guess that's why it's been so hard to find one. I'm going to buy a similar GPS, the Columbus V-800, it has the same specs and uses the MTK2 chip set.

Thanks for reporting back. I'll keep this new receiver option in mind in the event I have issues with my bu-353.
