    I have IG4 loaded and working fine on my carpc, but recently had to send the motherboard back for warranty exchange with mocoso. after sending back the board and waiting for my return, I notified IG4 that I forgot to deactivate my IG4 online before sending the board, and based on the feedback from this forum, was concerned that IG4 would lock upf or copyprotection violation after recognizing a different motherboard. I submitted this concern and asked INAV to deactivate the software for me, before I got the board back.

    I was pleasantly surprised to find that they actually responded within a few hours after my online support submittal with this guidance:

    "Hi Mark:
    We are not able to to deactivate from our end as our copyright protection is not invasive, so we don't have the capability to connect to customer's PC via internet.
    However, changing the motherboard should not affect the activation code unless you also changed your hard drive.

    Thank you.
    Support Team"

    I actually received my new moboard last night, and installed it. Everything fire up right away to include IG4! I know many have had less than satisfactory support from INAV, but thought I would throw this up for objective balance.
