  • "0" on the LPT output when the PC is switching on. how? - closed

    Hello.
I am EPIA-M10000 and using LPT port(I am using data points, point 2,3....).
When I just switching on my PC on the LPT port appears "1", it remains there during windows loading ....
For a second it sets to 0 (when the drivers are loading, during windows booting) and again back to 1.

Is it possible somehow to have 0 on the lpt output when the PC is booting?

    Regards, Alexy

would it be a problem if it had 0the whole time, except that 1 second? otherwise you could just invert the signal...

        I will tell you

look you have to make 2 pins 4 switching and connect those 2 pins to IC

so the IC is like :

        pin 1 = 1 and pin 2 = 1 then out put = 0
        pin 1 = 0 and pin 2 = 0 then out put = 0

        pin 1 = 1 and pin 2 = 0 then out put = 1
        pin 1 = 0and pin 2 = 1 then out put = 1

so when the car starts all pins should be 1 or 0 and the outout of the IC will be 0

when the windows start , you have to make a startup exe to do send
        pin 1 = 1 and pin 2 = 0
        or
        pin 1 = 0and pin 2 = 1

        after that it will wooooooooooork

the IC number is : 4030

        good luck
