    Anyone know how to wire a XM - MyFI to work with Frodoplayer?

    Um how do i say this?.?.?.?. You cant. You cant control the myfi through frodo. And why would you want to anyways?

        it still wont work bc you would somehow have to send data to frodo player from the myfi. You could make a cable and some software and then it would work. But it would be a waste of time.

          Or maybe he doesn't want to pay $6.99/month for another subscription if he's already got a MyFi. Isn't that why people buy the car and home kits for the SkyFi units? That would be nice if somebody could figure out this thing. It's very portable, and you could plug it in everywhere you go.

            Yes i understand that. I have a myfi also but y not just use the unit itslef. You cant hide bc it wont get a good signal and it has to sit in the car kit, so y not control it from there?

                Old thread I know..... you can make a SkyFi work as an PCR by hacking the home base and putting the unit in PC Mode.
