  • USB Relay Controller - Test software.

Just looking for comments and bugs with the control software for my relay controller. The XML file provides some quick info on the commands avail for button creation.

I haven't tested embedding in anything but Centrafuse but with Centrafuse I found the easiest way was to just put everything in Centrafuse's root directory (or use full path names in the config file.) because it sets the program's run in directory to it's own.

The graphics are from centrafuse's default skin and are just for this example - the final thing will not come with these button sprites.

Supports gif/jpg/bmp. The usual magenta (or whatever) is the transparent color. See the button examples.

Can you post how much one of those controllers run? Do you have any recommendations on where to buy one from?

It's my own creation - it's still in the making. It's got a thread not too much further below this one.

        Looking good Zac.

I think a neat feature would be scheduled events. So you toggle the relays and certain times of the day/days of the week.

I don't see how much this would really be neccesary. For like lights at night? Unless the board was going to be used on a desktop. Then you might be able to use something like that.

Yeah sorry I should have stated. There is no point in writing software JUST for the carpc audience as this is a usefull bit of hardware for the desktop PC too.
