Depends on how much the CPU draws...1,7 could be a little too much for the Opus to take along with a full size mobo...However, if it doesn't work, you can always underclock it.

Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

            Athlon XP-1700+
            (1.46GHz Palomino) 1.75V
            (1.7V~1.8V) 2.1V -- -- 36.6A 57.4W 64W 90° C

            and

            Opus Solutions 150w
            12v rail = 5A (60w)
            3.3v rail = 10A (33w)
            5v rail = 10A (50w)

            this is corect?
is what i found there , i gues if is not working i try to find a 1,4 or a 1,5ghz procesor .
And another question is : when i start the engine my oem cd is turn off for a few seconds , my computer it's gonna do the same thing?
it will be the same as i reset him no?

Boot time is the same in the car...only thing if you're going to use an Opus, it has a 5 seconds delay from the time you trigger the ignition.

There are a few other PSU's avalaible on the market. Take a look at the M2.
They're all in the link DP posted, along with the specs for each of them.
