  • When you turn off your computer do you have to recalibrate the touchscreen

    on the next power up?

you using xenarc? if so, it seems to calibrate itself. I cut complete power to it, not just turn it off, I mean cut the power from an external switch. and it always returns to its perfect display.

there is no need for the buttons. if your are in dyer need of using them, you can remove that lower panel(you are who Im thinking of right?) with those 2 easely accesable screws and hit the buttons from there.

I'm still trying to decide if I should upgrade to the VGA or spend that money elsewhere. The only reason for me to upgrade is so I can see the small text in some of the sub-screens in my GPS program...other than that I'm happy with my non-VGA.

I'm just curious about the touchscreen. Not sure if I get the VGA if I want touchscreen or not...trying to get as much info as I can on it.

I ask about the touchscreen because my cell phone/PDA touchscreen has to be recalibrated when I drain the battery down and I forget to recharge it in time.
