  • Cheap RF Keyboard/Mouse

Found an inexpensive RF Keyboard and Mouse at Target....Michael Graves Collection (WOOHOO) for $36. Worked great if I put the receiver in the main cabin.

    Details are here...

    http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...sin=B00006HMGB

Nicest thing about it is it's RF not line of sight. Also, you can take the thing back if it dies due to Target's liberal return policies.

These are IR, no? The other was RF. IR Keyboards and mice are horrible. RF don't need line of sight like IR.

Chieftec has $20 dollar RF keyboard/mouse combos. They come in I think 8 different colors too. Only things i dont like about those combo are the fact the mouse is a ball mouse and they use PS/2 ports instead of USB, but otherwise it's a nice deal. www.tigerdirect.com

Ugh...TigerDirect....no thanks (even if I was in the US). I know a lot of people who have had very bad experiences with TD, I'd recommend you stay well away!

                  I use one of these:

                  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=15389

Its ok but feels a little cheap. It has no side numpad to keep it small and a built in trackball for convenience. Comes in both ps/2 and usb flavors. I wouldn't mind something even smaller, but this does the trick.

Theyre not cheap but the remote mouse looks nice.
