  • Xenarc mouse cursor positioning bug?

I have a Xenarc 700TS on an Epia M10000Neh. When using a mouse (I've tried several) and hover over "some" items on application dialog boxes, the visible cursor jumps down from .25" to 1.5" below the actual point of focus for the mouse. This only happens at some places on some dialogs, usually whenever the cursor changes to a pointy hand or a two-sided-horizontal arrow, but not always. If I change monitors, no problems. If I control the pc with VNC, no problems. Only when I use the local mouse on the Xenarc. I called Xenarc and the tech said he'd never heard of anything like that. I installed the latest bios and vga drivers but it didn't help (also I still can't get 16:9 display in Win2k). Anybody have Xenarc/Epia and have you seen this problem?

Nope, my USB Logitech mouse works fine with the Xenarc connected. I can use both fine... Which Touchkit software are you using? The stuff from the CD? Or one of the newer ones?

I downloaded the latest touchkit (3.2.0.2731) from the Xantech website but it didn't help either.
