    I have been trying to load the touch controller drivers , using a lillput screen and the latest drivers but try as I might I can not get it to work, it can see the com port but does not give a message indicating that it has loaded.
    I have had it work, but cannot repeat the process, I am using the USB version. I get a message at times saying that the USB is not recognised !!
    frustrated I am

    Good luck getting an answer in the gathering section... Try uninstalling your software and re-installing. What about a system restore? Check out the LCD section for better help...

        i read somewhere else that one cause might be the USB power.
        are you running off a hub or direct off the computer usb port?

        if using a hub, make sure its powered via its aux power input.

          the other problem can be length of usb cable and quality of said cable. I've had the problem before with other USB devices where they do not play nicely with certain usb cables.
