  • Lilliput EBY701 cooling questions! Please HELP!

I originally had two 9" inch composite based sunvisor screens. I was not happy with the font quality so I replaced them with two 7" inch Lilliput EBY701 touchscreens.

    Here go some pictures:

When trying the screens out, by themselves, I noticed that the screens were very warm. When I placed them into the sunvisor casing, they became super hot. So what I did was cut 2 holes in the back of the sunvisor case, one near the top near the main vents on the lilli, and one at the bottom near the lilli's vents. I then had the fans blow cool air into the vents. I then left the screens on for about 2 hours and came back. I touched the main screen and it seemed to be slightly warm, I then touched each corner and they seemed to be slightly cool and warm.... But then i touched the bottom, and it was still fairly hot for my liking.

Where should I place the fans to get proper cooling to the whole screen?
Should I have the fans blow air in, or blow the air out?
I was thinking of taking out the speaker in the Lilliput (I will never use it) and maybe place one there.... Do you think that will be enough? I would like to consolidate to one fan per screen.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanx!
