  • Xenarc 700TSV White Pixels

I apologize if this question was asked before, I spent most of the morning searching. Most of the threads that I saw were talking about a solid white screen.

So in order to fit the xenarc screen in my bezel I had to take off the back of the screen because the height of the motherboard was greater than the hole where my screen goes. So I put the screen in and it was working perfectly until i hit a bump and starting from the bottom left big white circles would come and go until the top right.

I tried two different VGA wires, and don't believe that is the issue. My roommate believes there might be something shorting. The screen works when i take it out and have it at a certain position.

Could it be a loose ribbon or something of that sort?

A white screen is usually caused by a loose ribbon cable (the ones from the LCD controller to the LCD panel). I'm not sure what you mean by the circles, though
