  • Regular vga monitors vs USB monitor

is there any disadvantages using a USB monitor, its think and looks easier to install but something tells me that it might be less responsive and won't be bale to go to the bios using it

correct. there is no way to enter bios with a usb monitor. every usb screen will not display anything until the OS loads. this is exactly why i do not like to see them as the primary monitor-- there is no way to see bios messages, post messages, or other pre-OS messages/errors...

but, using them as secondary monitors for the kids in the back seat-- that is a different story-- they are cheap, and come in non-touch versions, which would work great in that application..
