  • Anti Glare coatin

Has anyone tried adding an anti-glare screen to a lilliput touchscreen monitor? I found a link here : http://www.boxwave.com/products/cleartouch/ but they are made primarily for PDA's.

Has anyone found any other sources, and do they work???

    Thanks,

    Greg.

I've just put in a request for them to make them for the Xenarc, if enough other people request them to do so also they will start making them.

      Request!!: http://www.boxwave.com/products/requ...st_model_1.htm

(I actually requested them to support a screen of dimensions: 6.2" x 3.7" - I'll see what they say)

Are xenarc and liliput touchscreens the same size? I don't want to measure my xenarc because I'm lazy.

that stuff looks badass, I've been looking for that sort of thing for ages.

Something like these may work. Just cut them down to size.

They don't say whether they are anti-glare though. This is very important as in the summer we want a small chance of being able to see what is on the screen!

Regarding the sizes of lilliput and xenarc - they seem to be similar but according to the measurements posted, the lilliput is slightly wider. As long as they are big enough for the lilliput, they can be trimmed for use with an xenarc.

For guys who haven't yet requested, please do so, we need as many requests as poss to give us the best chance of them creating them for us.

Cheers Portugal, good spot, just a bit worried that you mount it using "4 transparent brackets", the Boxwave product looks ideal if we can get them to make it for us - i'm going to email them and see what they say
