  • how to keep lilliput touch panel from braking?

I am on my 3rd Touch Panel now as the first 2 i owned have both broken ( right side "half circle " where you cant calibrate it properly)

Does any one know what the CAUSE of the problem is and what can be done to prevent it? I am sick of this happening.

from what i gather they are the exact same panel. and are not any different. So what is actualy causing for the touch panel to break? Is it a manufacturing defect? is it exessive pressure? Vibration? Heat? Moisture? Why does it ALWAYS happen on the same exact side for everyone?

To all of you who say xenarc... please stay out of this thread.

In all seriousness, I seem to recall someone who had a similar problem with the touchpanel that was being caused by too much pressure on one side or one corner of the display as a result of the way the screen was mounted. It was molded into the dash, IIRC.

Also, Lilliputs are notorious for having flaky touchpanels. I'm certain that's the basis for many users screaming "Xenarc!" at you.
