  • Xenarc Warranty

    Xenarc is proud to have always offered the longest standard warranty on all of our monitors. Starting in 2011, we have extended that warranty length from 18 months to 24 months! That is twice the warranty you receive from other comparable monitors. Thank you for all your support.

      As long as you purchased the unit this year, you will get 24 months warranty.

        I wanted to know more about this monitor: http://store.mp3car.com/Xenarc_700ID..._p/mon-017.htm

        I am concerned as the reviews are not positive, but I need a single DIN monitor. Were the reviews for the earlier A version and not the B? I assume this has a 2 year warranty as well...

          We are on the C version now. The 700IDT has been out for many years and have been revised. It has a 2 year warranty as well.

            I'd be interested to hear from someone who has purchased one of the C versions (Eg a forum member, not a Xenarc rep), to see if any of the issues with the monitor have been fixed:

            * Cable breaking from heavy use
            * Overpowered spring makes monitor fly out and slam against dash
            * Cheap looking appearance, and it sticks out a couple inches past any other DIN device
            * Monitor looseness in the case, both when opened and closed.
            * Not "remembering" brightness/contrast settings

            Personally after my ribbon cable broke for a second time and they refused to warranty it because it was past it's date, I tore it apart and integrated it into a double din, but it still gives me trouble in the form of the settings "forget" issue.

              That is the reason I am reluctant to buy this monitor, however, I see little other option out there. For me I am looking for some reassurance from a non rep review as it involves seriously changing my dash...
