just buy an old something off ebay. For music and basic CarPC anything, a P3 750Mhz and up will work.

Well you havent looked very hard...

        With 20 seconds.

I am sure you can find something for cheap. It may take a few days too. Also check out http://linitx.com/ because they are stationed in the EU and VAT is calculated too.

EDIT: Just so you know, there are 3 things everyone wants in a CarPC: Low Cost, High Power, Small Size. Well Pick 2. Because that is all you get. You want low cost. So that is one. So now your options are A) Low Cost and High Power, or B) Low Cost and Small Size. Meaning if you choose A then you get a full ATX board and your DC-DC PSU will need to be expensve to power it or an inverter. If you use option B then you can use mini-itx but probably with an embedded 800mhz via processor, but your DC-DC solution will be cheap. See how it works?

Was kind of looking for something a little smaller thats probably why. Havent got much room in boot so would really be looking to place ideally behind dash. Will just keep on looking if not may just buy a case and ask the dad to put one together. Cheers

Ok, small and cheap means slow. People do it, but it is going to be slow.

If the above is too expensive, what is your price range? Thats only $30GBP! Brely anything. Your screen alone will be $200USD at a minimum.
