  • Need Help With Xbox

    I was thinking of putting an xbox in my car instread of a computer, I was just wondering about power. I don't really wanna put an andapter in my car, Is there any other way to get power to it with out fing it up?

      you can switch out the power supply for one that is in the mp3car store and wire up the xbox to the car battery...

        depending on xbox version you will have different power supplies, you can make an adapter to use one on the other so thats not that big of a deal but what is a big deal is the power output. im not sure on how many watts the xbox needs to run maybe a 60W power supply will work maybe not, thats what needs to be found out. after that then it shouldnt be a big deal to have the xbox fun on a 12vdc input

          They make pre-modded XBox's with car power supplies, PS2's as well. You can just buy a PSU and mod it yourself though

              I think xbox's just use standard ATX connectors so you could use any standard DC-DC PSU.
