Did you attempt to go to the manufacturer's website? I don't know a mobo manufacturer yet that doesn't have a comprehensive set of drivers for their boards...
Try here, under the socket462 motherboards: http://www.ecsusa.com/downloads/down...to=Motherboard
Make sure you know your mobo's revision number as there appears to be multiple revs of this board.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

if you just lost stuff such as your onboard video and sound cards, you should be able to go to their respective sites (creative if its a soundblaster sound card, and intel if its an extreme graphics card. these are most common of onboard devices) and grab the drivers. but id go with DarquePervert's suggestion first and get the recommended drivers for your motherboard. after you get all those drivers installed, and theres updated drivers for certain components elsewhere, then you can follow my directions and get the updated drivers.

            Here you go.
            http://www.ecsusa.com/downloads/down...to=Motherboard
Click on Archive on the left hand side and find your MB and Version in the list. All of the drivers are there.

Just a quick question again though! How do you stop xp's annoying popup's and reminders?

Really annoying! Never used xp before!

Depends on which ones you're getting.
There's a registry tweak that will turn off all the balloon help. There are other specific settings to turn off certain features.
Check the OS Optimisation forum. I distinctly remember it being gone over in these forums before.
