    How long till I can get rid of the *Newbie* tag? Is it a set number of posts? cuz it definely can't be from how long a person has been a memeber here LOL
    Have:Lilliput 7" touchscreen, 60 gig HD, Bluetooth, Jensen MP3 deck, 400 watt inverter, Holux 210 GPS receiver, Iguidance

    Want: Slot load DVD drive, 250 Gig HD, OBD II, Wireless PCI card, etc etc

        looks like I have a ways to go then. I don't post much, since I and find most of my questions answered

            And Bugbyte. Love your Mini Mac setup. My wife has a Beetle and was thinking of doing your setup. But I don't think she could reach the screen way up on that dash/dinner table for 8

                Have you ever sat in a New Beetle? You could park an 18 wheeler on the dash!

                @Sir Lancelot - I guess you could use a motorized touch screen. It would be a lot closer to the driver.

                            If everyone did this it would be 10x easier to find stuff as there wouldn't be 40 threads of people asking the same question, just a few with the info you need
