I have the epia 13000 motherboard. i cant get the tv out to work. what are the jumper settings and bios settings for this to work? i heard jumper 1 and two. i cant tell which pins those are. so are they the two closest to the port or the other two?

not sure about jumper settings, I just turned mine on in the bios. The settings are pretty self explanitory, I'd tell you what they are but I'm not at that pc right now

I can't remember exactly right now...however the trick is in BIOS.

I thought the Svideo worked regardless of the pin setting?? the jumper is ONLY for the RCA type jack - and allows it to be either digital audio or low quality video... from the looks of the diagram you would want the jumper on the "1", so it would be closer to the VGA port... and away from the PCI slot...

also you can have either VGA or TVout... not both...

You can have image on both. It's video playback you can't have on both at the same time...

I have never tested my SP13000, but on my EPIA 800 you absolutely could not have both connected at the same time... it is not a dual head video card...

and when you say "it's video playback", what difference does that make?? the video card still has the same responsibility... and he isn't looking for video playback exclusively - otherwise he wouldn't have a 13000...

and I do know this for fact, there is no use for the MP4 decoder chip because the only drivers are in Linux... :-( I asked around at the VIA forums and nobody had a clue...
