  • Question - How do you make a bezel for a 7" screen in a double din

Just as the title asks, I'd like to know how to make a bezel for a 7" widescreen monitor in a double din space I have to work with in my car (1989 Ford Mustang). If there's a thread that shows how to create a custom bezel and secure it in your dash from start to finish then please link me to it (I did a search but was unsuccessful)!!

Thank you for any help you could provide.....I'm just coming into this with very little knowledge of custom fabricating interior panels.

It should have never been posted in the first place.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
            How about the Wiki?

N00b bashing is somewhat of a sport around here. If you'd read the FAQ's, you'd know this....

I think it's more or less politeness on your end DMFC.

The polite thing to do would be to read around, do research on your own, and THEN come asking questions.

It gets pretty boring just answering the same questions over and over and over again, especially when they are such simple questions but have such involved answers.

I did multiple searches but couldn't find a word for word tutorial. I was unaware that this forum doesn't search multiple subjects as a default, as I didn't pay close enough attention at the time. I have since found a thread that assists me with everything I need to know (hopefully). It's my opinion that linking me to such a thread (as a user above did) is not a involved answer, as I didn't request information directly from your mouth....just someone else's words if the info was already available.

The guy already admitted defeat and wanted the thread deleted as to not clutter the forum.

Just had to get that bashing in, now did ya?
