    Ruffy (or anyone else who might be able to answer this): where do you tap into the car's power? Perhaps a better way to phrase the question: would it be better to run a line directly to the battery (fused properly, of course), or would it be acceptable to run a single 1/0 power cable to a fused distribution block, and connect the computer and amps to that block? (with each amp and the computer having an appropriate fuse on the block).

    1 - This is a threadjack. You need to start your own thread for your unrelated issue. I've split this off to its own thread.
    2 - This is all answered in the manual for the power supply you use.
    3 - A distro block setup like you specify is acceptable.
    Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
