  • Help DC to DC

    I would like to set up following computer in my Truck, but i am having hard time finding power supply. I need help finding power supply for following computer.

    I would like to keep this system and replace power supply with DC to DC.

        If you have a computer with you, you have to open the case and look at the label on the PSU.
        What is the ampage rating on the PSU for 3.3V, 5.0V, 12V ?
        Once you have that info, compare it to any of the available DC-DC PSU. The DC-DC PSU you select must have ampage rating of equal or higher than of the AC PSU on ALL power rail (output voltage).

        Total wattage of the system doesn't tell you much. It is the same thing as saying "this computer run on AC"
