  • Noob question about M2

I'm building my car pc at home for testing, soon (as soon as I recive the lilliput monitor) I will install everything in the car...
I need to know how to connect the power supply, I will have a M2 160 w dc-dc.
I want to configure the pc to go on hibernate when I turn off the car and when I turn it back on the car the pc must exit from the hibernate, is that possible?
Is possible to get the power for the lilliput from the M2?
Thank you and sorry for my english

The manual has some pretty clear instructions.

Yup. Set the power button to put the PC into hibernate.

    Yup.
Wire up a HDD molex power connector. Remember that Yellow is 12v.

Yes it's possible. All you need is read the user manual and use m2 as described there.

If your system will take a lot of power from 12v rail , i think -NO, but if not - YES.

      LOL
400Watt CarPC power supply for powerfull systems- thaks for Beta testers- it was perfect.

Remember - AMD Athlon XP (socket A) powers from 5v rail in most times !
