  • Laptop motherboard PS to ATX motherboard

Ive managed to pull a laptop powersupply from a dodgy unit.

Ive plugged it into the wall and checked the pins to see what the outputs are which are as follows:

    1 2
    1+20 +20
    2+20 +20
    3 0 0
    4 0 0
    5 0 0
    6 0 +5
    7 0 0
    8 +5 0
    9 +4 0
    10 0 0
    11 0 0
    12 0 0
    13 0 0

The pins I checked are those with the red box around them.

Is the power created by this mini board suitable to run an ATX Pentium3 board?

Besides the difficulty of figuring out the proper connections, which probably can be done, you're almost certainly not going to have enough power. Most laptops run around the 30 - 60 watt range. You maybe can run a stripped down Eden mini-ITX setup, but no way it'll power an ATX P3.
