I don't know if anyone else is using a PC/104 board as their SBC but here is a faily nice PSU I found:

I just received it and it is very nice. Very rugged, wide input range, and runs very cool with high efficiency. It's minimum voltage is 7V, low enough to run during engine crank. It's maximum is 30V meaning I can use a 30V AC-DC (wallwart) power supply with lower amperage while running the unit indoors.

It was rather expensive, at $175 for a single unit. But it is a definate winner in my book given its size, capabilities, and easy integration into my Advantech PCM-9373F-M0A1.
