  • -8 volts question

    hey all electronics gurus....

i have one of the old eio 6 inch lcd screens, and it requires -8v input. i have a 12v to -9v IC, and i have an 8v 3-pin regulator. now, can i use the 8v regulator on the -9v and expect to get -8v. if not, i think im gonna just throw a diode in there. let me know.
