It should be plenty. None of those components are big power guzzlers.

Have a quick question though, why not use a Expresscard to USB adapter? Unless you already have the AirCard. That way you dont tie up any PCI slots. Instead you can use it for a soundcard or something.

EDIT, nevermind, hehe, I see it has 2 PCI slots.

ALSO, how many watts is the M4ATX? Your processor eats up 65W, also the MoBo also eats up watts, not sure how many though. You also have to take into account the amount of USB devices, HDD and CD ROM and anything that connects to the PC.

The M4ATX is a beast for a car power supply. It does 250 watts. His setup probably won't even touch 100 watts.

I have a BIOSTAR TForce TF7025-M2 motherboard and it has the
Realtek ALC888, I have never been able to get it to output surround
sound or digital of any kind - tried all the drivers I could find, I finally
gave up, I will ether replace the motherboard or add a sound card that
works, apparently Linux is affected also

Did you actually tell windows to use the digital output rather than analog?

oh yea, I did everything I could find, nothing worked,
you can Google it, a lot of people have had problems

I went from an older motherboard that had Dolby Digital/Surround
and all that, and it worked perfect, never had any problems, then I
got a new motherboard and parts, and all I get is stereo kinda
                  mad about it

In the "Control Panel" under "Sounds and Audio Devices" under
"Speaker Settings" and "Advanced" I have it set to "5.1 surround
                  sound sound speakers"

And in the "Realtek HD Audio Manager" under "Audio I/O" under "Digital"
I have it set to "Output Digital Audio Source"

                  I only get stereo

My Surround Amp shows the motherboard is only outputting
"Dolby Pro Logic" and never any thing else, my older
motherboard was always "Dolby Digital" it was able to take
stereo and fake surround if you wanted

Have you took a look at the Default Device for Sound Playback in the Audio Tab of Sounds and Audio Devices?

In that TAB, the only thing in there is "Realtek HD Audio output",
                      nothing else listed

My dad uses the same motherboard and it has the same problems

I don't mean to thread jack, I just wanted to warn of potential problems

i'm not concerned about surround sound quality audio.....i just specifically wanted front/rear/sub, which i can definitely obtain using the ALC888 chipset

When I say stereo, I mean 2 speakers and thats it, I a have 5.1 setup,
but only the left and right work no matter what I do
