  • Check it out .. WiFi screen in CFuse !!!!

well, I took off the Topo button (formerly Radio ) and put on a WiFi screen..
If you notice it is controlling (2) WiFi adapters.
    (1) USB 102.11G (1) Pcmcia 80211B

now I can ensure that I have a connection.. AND if I need to use bluetooth Port 8080 I can specify proxy server fairly quick and easy.

    So, whats everyone think ???

    Don

BTW, I'm posting this from within CentraFuse !!!

              why not

the 80211.b pcmcia card ( Orinocco Gold ) is very good, but it's a (B)
the USB 80211.g will be more in the open and allow (g) reception.

#1 reason, cuz they are lying around

EDIT: no comment about my SSID name ?????

Cool idea! Do you mind sharing how you managed to embed the application? I'd like the try and embed the software EQ for the Audigy.

under the " settings " change the application path to point to the exe for the app.
run fluxmedia's "window name" program to find the program name ( usually what shows up on the top bar of the window ) . put that in the " window name " space ....
check operation . If you put it under the Radio path, click on radio button etc ...

once you know it embeds, go into the language file and change the name on the button. Example <radio>Radio</radio> changed to <radio>EQ</radio>

thats all there is to it.

Sweet. I appreciate the tips, but I've already gotten most of it down. The only thing I can't figure out is how you got rid of the radio buttons (1-6) and if you can still play mp3s while using the wifi scanner.

Right now, when I switch to the EQ mode, it just mutes the mp3 which I assume is cuz it's expecting a line in signal.
