  • Video/DVD zoom to width/height

i've searched through many threads, and havent found a resolution to this issue. is there a zoom feature available like in mediacar (ie. zoom to width or height but keep aspect ratio), as i have many music video clips with aspect ratio's all over the place. would also be nice to have a zoom/pan&scan option for dvd playback also (future request?). thanx for any help

Not going to be able to do much for regular videos.
I am however working on it for dvds.

thanx frodo, i look forward to it for dvds, in the mean time i've managed to find a plugin for WMP, that fixes my video display issues, the plugin can be set to 16:9 mode for all video clips (divx, mpeg2, vcd), keeps the original aspect ratio, and zooms to width (cuts black borders) also works great for 4:3 video clips, that u want to have the tops cut down to fit to width on our 7in 16:9 monitors, check it out..

soon. Just don't expect to run it on an EPIA !

Hi, I'm very new at all this. I have the Lilliput 8 inch touchscreen and a Compaq laptop with win ME. I can't seem to get any videos (DVDs, or WMP) files to display on the screen it only display a blacked out area where the video is. Everthing else looks great, GPS, photos, etc. Where can I start to fix this. I'm using the VGA input.

                          thanks guys
