  • My first attempt at making a skin

So here is a skin I've been working on for the last few days. It's modeled after my headunit and interior lights. I took a little styling cues from the Sony HU skin so thanks.

I'm still trying out different fonts but other than the fact the the dashes are showing up as boxes I'm happy with it.

Question, in Frodo's skin, when the directory list in in either 'video' or 'all music' is displays it right in the list. I can't get mine to do that, it just shows up blank. Is there a lable I'm missing or something? I have the extra one but I want it to show up in the directory list as well.

What ya'll think, am I going in the right direction?

I'm not really sure about what you mean, but look at the following two settings in the skin.ini file for Frodoplayer:

LABEL_MODE - shows the mode you are in.
LABELALLCDPLAYLISTVIDEOFAVORITES - shows a label in the directory list when you are in "video"-mode or "all music"-mode.

      Hope this help.

      BTW nice skin!
Why is it drug addicts and computer afficionados are both called users?

      Currently : Audi A6 - no install

Second install : VW Passat '97 CarPC
      First install : '87 Audi 80 CarPC
