  • Can you browse for albums by....

OK - I have looked, but cant find a way to do what I want.

I know I can browse by artist, and say I bring up Pearl Jam, I then get a list of all their songs, all the 01 tracks from various albums, then 02 from various albums, 03 etc etc.

Then I can browse by album, then I see the tracks in the right after selecting an album in proper numerical order.

HOWEVER, is there a way I can bring up the artist, then have all of that artists albums pop up on the right screen rather than the songs? Then can I select the album from that artist I want to start playing, rather than scroll through 300 different albums to find the one album I am looking for?

Maybe I can, I just cant seem to get it right, Version 1.0.10 (The turd version)

    Thanks

My MP3 files are structured like this (all under the c:\MP3\ folder)...

      c:\MP3\Artist1\Album A \ Tracks
      _____________\Album B \ Tracks

      _______\Artist2\Album A \ Tracks
      ______________\Album B \ Tracks

      _______\Artist3\ Album A \ Tracks

      _______\Artist4\ Album A\Tracks
      ______________\Album B\ Tracks

      Clear as mud?
      ETC, ETC...

Ok my advice is to go with DIR 2, is close enough to what you want (is never going to display albums in the right side).

Is the way you described in your second post but with the down side that when you shutdown your sistem, next time you power it up it will go back to the root folder (that in you case is MP3)

        Thanatos.
