    ok, first of all, love these forums, been reading for a while, but this is my first post here, i have a problem with my me, it won't play my wma files.where can i get a codec to fix this, or is it even possible?

    maybe you should see a psychologist if you have a problem with yourself... just dont do anything rash

      i would say go see a doctor if you have a probelm with yourself

            Try upgrading to XP (you asked for this one too.)

                ok, now that the jokes are out of the way, does anybody have a useful answer on how to make mediaengine play wma files? if not is there a utility that can change my 12,000+ wma files into mp3?

                    I had the same problem, I ended up encoding the videos to xvid. playing them as .avi

                      I have the same problem with Mediaengine.. Won't play WMA files..

                        Yeah I was never able to play WMA files. I figured since it uses winamp to play music that it only supports mp3 files. I could be wrong though.
