  • How to change skins???

Ok, its official. I'm an idiot. For the life of me i can't get any of these skins to work for Media car. I've downloaded all the files needed. And i think i've installed all the folders right. but i keep getting this error that says MEDIACAR.Frm_main_LoadSkin. What am i doing wrong? Any help would be great!

By the way before someone does it, I already tried searching I couldn't find anything that helped me.

      Did you get Alpine skin?
Did you download the lcd2 font?
Did you put the font in your windows font directory?
Did you download the 848x480 or the 800x600 stretched skin?
Didyou extract that skin to the mediacar skins folder?
      Did you download a brand?
Did you extract the files out of the folder and place them in the Alpine folder?

edit you may replace alpine with brushed metal or what ever.

      everyone feel ok now

P.S. by the way, it was the Alpine (blue) skin, good guess.

Well i guess no one can help, thanks anyway. Now why can't it be easy to change skins like winamp? Download the skin unzip into the skins folder and select in the skin menu. that would make too much sence.

I am trying to help, but if you did everything I listed, then I don,t know where you went wrong. The only other thing I can think of in that you my have just opened the zip, and pulled everything out, and placed them in a folder. If you did you may have not have the slidder skin in its folder.

Did you extract or drag them out?

Ya know what? I think i'll give up on changeing skins for now, I just can't get it. Is there anywhere I could download Mediacar with the alpine blue skin already installed?
Probably not. That would be too easy
