  • Video & Media Player Classic problem

I have been able to play my video files via mplayerc.exe without any problems till recently. Whenever I click on the Video button which in turns loads the Video.skin, I can see mplayerc.exe started - the usual mplayerc.exe logo appears briefly and then it exited. Leaving a blank/empty screen in the video area. I also confirmed that mplayerc.exe was started briefly before it exited with the Task Manager running.

Also, if I attempt to play my video files from Explorer by double clicking on the files, Media Player Classic fires up and plays it without any problems. Therefore this rules out any Codecs/player problems.

    Has anyone encountered this before?

Are you using the mplayerc.exe that installs with rr and is rr configured to use the same mplayerc.exe that is being opened when you play a video file outside of rr?
