  • using setvar with ||

    Just found ++ I'll try that....

    I need to set a variable to a value that contains multiple commands ( using ||). Can this be done using setvar? Here is the line from my autoit script:
    $rr.Execute("SETVAR;" & "CMDDISK" & $n & ";" & $CDCOMMAND & "||LoadList;" & $MyDrive[$n])
    Here is an example of what RR gets...
    SETVAR;CMDDISK3;AUDIO||LoadList;Z:\
    RR sets CMDDISK3 = AUDIO and then executes LoadList;Z:\
    Anyway I can use setvar to set a value containing ||?

    This does work if I set the value of CMDDISK3 in skin.ini, then do a skin reload....I really don't want to do multiple skin reloads.

      The single quotes do the same thing and rr see's the || and assumes setvar is done and issues the next command. using ++ instead of || fixes the issue.
