  • RX8 spinning car animation for you Guino!!!

I know its not much, but since I was in the process of making one for my TL as an intro to RR I decided to make one for you as a small token for your hard work.

I looked up the RX8 and made one for you, thinking you might have good use for it. Maybe use is at as an intro to wow people

It was made by taking over 500 screenshots from http://www.wheelenvizio.com
    and importing into flash.

Of course I didn't sit there taking those screenshots.... I used a autoit script and let the sucker run for 2 hours taking screenshots and moving the mouse. lol

If you have any request in changing it, let me know. I'd be glad to be of service.

Brasil.. unido.. ja mais sera perdido!!!

I downloaded it, and it's really cool.. but somehow when playing it, it uses over 200Mb of memory on my machine -- I gotta try it on a skin to see if it works better.

Any chance you would be willing to share that autoit script?

Yeah it has a LOT of frames, and it runs at 40fps =/
I gotta try to trim it down to make it playable in the car. I'm probably one of the very few ppl who uses a fast carPC laptop so memory and CPU time is usually no issue for me.

I'll clean it up a bit and post it soon, but you will need a program called SnagIT which takes the screenshot and saves the pic in a sequence. Also, you'll need flash to make it into a swf.

I wish i had the time to do this for everyone but at 2hrs per sequence + time to make the movies, it becomes a bit of a hassle.

              EDIT:

Here is the script I used:

              Code:
              ;Opt("MouseClickDragDelay", 30)
              MouseClickDrag("right",200,230,200,500,20) ;ZOOM
              sleep(50)
              MouseClickDrag("left",200,300,231,308,20) ;TURN
              sleep(50)
              MouseMove(231,500)
              MouseDown("left")
              MouseDown("right")
              MouseMove(231,310)
              MouseUp("right")
              MouseUp("left")
              Sleep(100)
              exit
              ;TakePic()

yeah what I do is i unload the movie in my flash code when its over so it frees up all that memory
It was mainly to be used on my next version of fsr.
I will give u a version later on that the movie will unload itself at the end so you can use it.
