  • How do I make my music stay paused with iGuidance?

    I have a question that I hope hasn't already been answered. I have iGuidance running with iGnative and it is set to pause the music on voice guidance instructions. The problem is, how do I make it recognize when the music is paused to begin with and not to start it playing again? Like, I have mobilephone.net, and it will pause the music when I get a call, but if I have iGuidance navigating for me, after every voice instuction it will start the music back up. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Depending on what skin your using... either add/replace these two lines in the skin's Exectbl.ini

    This will only pause if not already paused, and will only resume if was not paused at start

    PHP Code:

    "IGPAUSE","SETVARBYCODE;STATUS;STATUS||EVAL;RESULT;strcomp("$STATUS$";"PAUSE")||BYVAR;RESULT;PAUSE<<"
    "IGRESUME"
    ,"EVAL;RESULT;strcomp("$STATUS$";"PLAY")||BYVAR;RESULT;<<PLAY"

        Sorry about the delay, my carpc decided to just stop working. I tried to fix it, but no go, so I got a new one. I tried your suggestion, and it works. But the problem is now that it won't start the music again after it gives the instruction. Any ideas? Thanks again.

          Not sure, post a debug log. Attach the log to the post please, not paste it in the post.

            Where do I find the debug log, or tell it to make one if need be? Thanks.

                Here you go. I played music and made it give a voice direction, then I exited RR. Also, I included a copy of my Exectbl.ini from the skin, just in case you wanted to look at it. Thanks.
