Winamp, but I'd like to use Foobar. I find Foobar2k sounds just that little bit better but the last time I tried it there were some bugs when using it in RR (progress bar was jumping from 0 to actual time and back) plus there's no line-in function so I'd have to find another way to get radio to work.

because , it has the quality , runs most visuals, like winamp vis's, flexiable, and without all the stuff you never use, making it very light player.

Winamp because its always been there, great vis, supports shoutcast streams, and has myorb plugin so I can access my home cable channels, and all my movies, music, and pics on my home severs.

winamp, though it wold sure be nice if the song data wasn't just limited to id3 tags in rr (it bothers me that winamp sees the correct full info, but rr doesn't..)

                  hu?

i bet you dont have it set to the format you want!

tell winamp to handle the meta data on load (so we have it avail)
                  and define your format...

hmm, so the meta data is read by rr--(is this the "other formatting" part in rrconfig? i have not changed it from its default)?

i checked winamp, and it was set on the second option down(to read the metadata as the file was playing), and the display format was setup exactly the same as your screen shot.

                    i am still having issues...

if the second option is set, RR is providing the tags NOT winamp!

                          Mitch,

I am having this same problem as well (never has worked). I have used the settings you mentioned above in WinAmp to show the internet radio info (only see the address info - http://xxxxx)but can't get it to work. Any other settings to check in Winamp or RR?

I can attach a debug file if needed.
