Is it possible to browse an Mp3 directory and directly play an Mp3 file from the selected directory, like Frodo player has?

Just hit play on it.. it will load the files to the playlist and play the selected one.

what do you mean browse them?

          -Open the audio player
          -Open the File Browser
-Browse to the file you want
-hit Play (Select/Select+) on the file you want
          -It will automatically start playing.

Browse them like windows explorer. When you click on the map another window shows whats in it.

nope, cant do that... but once you've selected the folder you want to see the contents of, why would you want to keep it showing the folder list since you won't need it anymore ? It'd just use more space on the screen that otherwise can be used for displaying the file names.

I digged this from the dead but... I think what he ment was to have a "directory2" (frodo (r)) browsing mode...

After you get used to it you just can't give it up

what about searching instead of digging from the dead?

anyways to help you out, there is a thread called "directory list in player" something like that.... I've posted in it a solution after guino's latest changes....
