  • Hide taskbar while navigating

    Hello,

Normally I use the option to hide the taskbar automatically. When I use RR the taskbar stay's down, even when I move the mouse cursor down the screen. When I open MM and I move the cursor down the taskbar suddenly pops up. How can I prevent this? I only want to see the taskbar when I'm completely out of RR and/or MM.

    Thanks for the help

If you use the Hide Task bar option, this should not be happening.. unless MM is messing with it... I'd try changing your taskbar settings (disable autohide and such)..

Yes, I do use the 'hide taskbar automatic' option. But it still happens. I tried to swich the 'hide taskbar automatic' off, but then the taskbar doesn't go away at all.

Sounds like you've got some other application messing with your taskbar..

I have no other apps running. I only have RR and MM running. When I deselect the option 'always show taskbar on foreground' (I have a Dutch Windows version, so I don't know the exact name) the taskbar stays away. But this is very annoying because the taskbar stays away at all other applications too.

Do you have any idea what app causes this problem?

Well, that's the problem right there.. you want the taskbar to stay on top, but you don't want it to show up while MM/RR is running ?? that's a paradox my friend... basically, when there's any kind of window positioning (i.e. running applications) the task bar will probably show up.. but it is in fact weird that the hide taskbar option is not taking care of that (it is possible that the taskbar itself is making it re-appear when a new application is launched -- causing the taskbar to update).

                  Welcome to paradox

I guess I have to live with the option 'always show taskbar on foreground' selected.

I thougt that there was something wrong in the configuration of MM or RR.
