      I read this=
-There's a "loading banner" now -- I guarantee you that it will not slow down the start process in any way, but it will tell you what's going on. I did this so I could discard unused code from memory after loading, plus, give some user feedback. You can disable the Loader using the (Quiet) command line parameter: /Q

I don't understand it though, where would I put the /Q

The shortcut you use to launch it.

I put in "C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RR.exe"/Q in my shortcut and windows gives me

The name "'"C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RR.exe"/Q' specified in the target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.

            "C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RR.exe"/Q is wrong....

            it should be

            "C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RR.exe /Q" (notce the space between exe and /Q

that gives the same error, also when I try it from run
                C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RR.exe will work but
                C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RR.exe /Q will not work

you need quotes, as said above!

                    copy exactly this:

                    "C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RR.exe /Q"

into the run dialog and try it

I just tried it on another pc with windows xp and the latest version of RR, could it be an issue in the latest version of RR?
